Density originates from/is described well in the Law of One series (channeled in the 1980’s) and relates to a level of Consciousness. Dimension is a measurement for a certain frequency bandwidth. Often ‘5D’ means 5th Dimension, which is the frequency Mother Gaia and humanity are moving towards in this Ascension Process. A more complete way of saying this is Gaia and humanity are moving to 4th Density (those that are ready to graduate). We prefer to use 4th Density as it is a more complete way to describe a society and level of consciousness guided by love & light, telepathy and group consciousness.

No, ‘5D’ often stands for 5th Dimension, a measurement of frequency. 5th Density is a consciousness level relating to a mastering of the frequency of Light, Wisdom & Truth. There are many ways and techniques to raise your frequency. The most relevant ones depend on where you are on the Ascension Consciousness Scale. Review the scale to get a general idea of where you reside and you will find many tools to raise your frequency based on your Ascension Consciousness level. This level relates to the Ascension Consciousness Scale. A level of 700 is a measurement of your energetic core frequency. As you do more inner work, your Ascension Consciousness can raise. Mother Gaia, with our Solar System, is moving to a higher frequency part of our Galaxy (Milky Way Galaxy). This means as Mother Gaia is on her Ascension Path, so are all Souls on Earth asked to raise their frequency and consciousness. This can be done with or without resistance. Many Starseeds here at this time have a Mission and they are asked to remember who they are, what their Mission is and to raise their Ascension Consciousness so they can assist Gaia and humanity in the shift from 3rd Density to 4th Density. We measured and reported the Daily Ascension Energies every day on a scale from 1 to 10 in from 2017 to 2019. Since November 2017 the Ascension Energies have been powerfully increasing and continue to flow at very high levels. You can check out the Ascension Energies Graph to have a look. Expectancy is a further increase as Gaia raises her frequency and as the solar system moves to the higher frequency bandwidth area of the Galaxy.

In the period 2017 - 2019 we tuned into our Spirits and measured with Intuitive Kinesiology muscle testing. We had been monitoring this for years, but recorded the daily number from October 2017 through to December 2019.

The meditations on our YouTube channel still work, even if you fall asleep. Your Soul, Spirit and Support Teams arrange for all the multidimensional energy body work to still be done and received, including downloads, activations and transmissions. If you however can remain consciously present, your mind will also be able to take in the full session, so you allow yourself to grow in your experience and knowledge of your multidimensional experiences. So does it still work: yes. Is it even better to stay consciously aware: in most cases. If you find yourself nod off during a particular meditation, do that one over and over again until you don't nod off. That means your energy bodies can now take in the frequency of this transmission. Also you may need healing in some cases and doing the meditations more than once can facilitate this. Follow your guidance and you will get the right answers for you.
